Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product is unusable or defective
  • The product is not the same as the item you ordered

How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that are returned damaged due to misuse or not in original condition may not qualify for a full refund.
